Gaza City – A delegation from the International Committee of the Red Cross visited Irada Program for Rehabilitation and Vocational Training. The aim of the visit was to know more about Irada’s work in supporting people with disability, and re-integrating them into their communities through rehabilitation and vocational training. Leading the delegation was Greg Halford, ICRC’s physical rehabilitation program manager in Gaza.

Manal Hasna, deputy director  for fundraising and public relations, took the delegation on a tour of Irada’s facilities and training workshops, and the delegation had a look at different products by the program’s target group.

The visitors voiced their much praise of the work of Irada in terms of its importance and impact. ” keep up your great work to help people with disability” said Halford. “Their products are impressive! Such programs are of critical significance in Gaza. wishing the best for Irada “
